How do I get my access code?

Once your rental is confirmed and payment is processed, you'll receive your unique access code via email. This code works with our secure keypad entry system and is active 24/7 for your convenience.

Do you provide insurance for stored items?

Yes, we provide insurance coverage as part of our rental process with several coverage amount options to choose from. This default insurance is automatically included in your rental agreement.If you already have existing insurance, please verify with your provider that it covers self-storage units, as many standard policies do not include this coverage.

If your current insurance does cover self-storage, simply send us proof of your approved coverage and we can remove the default insurance from your rental to avoid duplicate coverage.

Is there a minimum rental period?

We offer flexible rental terms to meet your needs. Month-to-month rentals are available with no long-term commitment required. Contact us to discuss the best rental option for your situation.

What items are not allowed in storage units?

For safety and legal reasons, we prohibit hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosive materials, perishable food items, live animals, illegal substances, and items that could cause odors or attract pests. Contact us if you're unsure about specific items.

Do you offer business storage solutions?

Yes! We provide secure commercial storage with 24/7 surveillance and alarmed units. Perfect for inventory, equipment, documents, and supplies. Our enterprise-grade security keeps your business assets protected.

How do I make payments?

We accept credit cards through secure online payments and offer automatic monthly billing for your convenience. If you prefer e-transfer payments, please contact us directly and we'll arrange this for you. You can manage your account and payments through our online portal.

What are your access hours?

Gate access is available 24/7 with secure keypad entry, so you can access your unit anytime. Phone support follows a schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, Saturday 9:30 AM–1:00 PM, and closed on Sunday. Emergency support remains available 24/7.

What unit sizes are available?

We offer a range of sizes from small units for personal items to extra-large units for commercial storage. Browse our unit sizes to find the perfect fit for your needs.

What security features do you offer?

Our facility features individual unit alarms with real-time notifications, 24/7 video surveillance with 25+ cameras, motion detection, license plate readers, night vision monitoring, and complete perimeter security with professional fencing and lighting.

Do you offer moving truck rental?

Yes! We provide moving truck service with drop-off and pick-up at your location. No gas or kilometer charges - making your move convenient and stress-free.

When does Tight & Compact Storage open?

We're opening Fall 2025 in Moncton, NB. Pre-reservations are available now to secure your preferred unit size and location.
